This course is the english version of course 70522 that is a 2nd year compulsory course for the Turkish studies students. It aims at introducing the students in the political history of Turkey, within a period spanning from the late Ottoman Empire and the transition to the nation-state, until the early years of the 1980s.

The course is available for all CIVIS and Erasmus students and will be taught in english on spring term.
