Περιγραφή Μαθήματος
This module aims to provide knowledge and practical experience to the students, for the following main areas:
1) Principles of training load progression and sequencing, with emphasis on the physiological adaptations
2) Training load characteristics, such as volume, intensity, dentisy and complexity
3) Fatigue, recovery and causes of overreaching/overtraining
4) Planning and periodization of training (daily planning, microcycles, mesocycles, macrocycles)
5) Tapering in different sports
6) Development of the main fitness components: Endurance, strentgh/power and speed
7) Exercise and Training in children and adolescents
