Course Description
This module will introduce students to the interdisciplinary approach of Economic Analysis of Law. The course aims to demonstrate how economic theories and insights of behavioural economics can lead to efficient regulation and interpretation, in the fields of private and public law. Students will get familiar with the basic elements of economics, as well as behavioural economics and psychology and treat law as an incentive structure, with its own logic, with successes and failures in challenging human behavior.
