Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

The Jean Monnet Module on the 'Public law of Investments' examines the legal treatment of an investment in Greece throughout its life-cycle, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to the legal framework (EU, international and national) regulating the pre-admission (incentivisation, facilitation and financing), admission (market access and control) and post-admission (protection) stages of an investment. The Module was co-funded by the European Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) as part of the EU's Erasmus + programme 2021-2027.

The module is taught in English and is offered to the students of the LLM in international and European Legal Studies, as well as to the students of the Law Faculty's master's programmes in Public Law.
