Περιγραφή Μαθήματος

What relationship exists between new, post-9/11 literature and recent transformations in American culture? How has the war on terror, globalization, neo-liberalism, digital media and new technologies affected contemporary American writing? This course will examine these questions by focusing on American fiction after 9/11, although other kinds of writing will be also considered

 

NOTE:  MIDDLESEX and EVERYTHING IS ILLUMINATED 

will be given to all registered students by the instructor
