This course is designed to provide students with an overview of key marketing concepts, as they apply in a variety of firms and organisations in the contemporary environment. The main aim of the module is to enable students to demonstrate an understanding of the purpose of, and need for, marketing in a changing business environment and help them examine the development and operation of markets and customer expectations while considering global trends.
