CΟURSE OUTLINE

Technological changes have transformed "how", "when" and "how", people work and sell goods.  It is important to understand the building blocks of e-business (eg market analysis, e-business infrastructure, e-procurement, e-marketing, supply chain management etc), how it is conducted and how it is managed through case studies, in order to understand the “transformation” of the economy to a “digital economy”.

Chapter 3: e-Business infrastructure

Chapter 4: e-Environment

Chapter 5: e-Business Strategy – case studies

Chapter 6: Supply chain Management

Chapter 7: e-procurement

Chapter 8: e-marketing

Chapter 9: Customer relationship management

Laboratories: Presentation and Use of ecommerce services

 

Evaluation:

There will be an assignment consists of 4 essays, which will count for 100%, of the final grade. Yοu have to submit the 4 essays in WORD and the slides (.ppt) and you will present them during the semester. (eg the 1rst assingment at 7th of November)

Also you have to participate at the end of semester to the final exam

(You have to answer at the end of the semester at 1 question in written or 10 questions - multiple choices), 2 grades

- 4 assingments, 1 essay takes 2 grades (total 8 grades)

The final exam and the 4 essays are mandatory
