Active Citizenship in the Digital Age" International Symposium (Νοv.30-Dec.2, 2023) - INVITATION & REGISTRATION
You’re cordially invited to participate in the International Symposium 'Active Citizenship in the Digital Age' which involves:
- Onsite Workshops: Nov. 30 & Dec. 1, 2023 [attendance: only onsite]
- Onsite Presentations: 1, 2023 [attendance: onsite/online]
- Online Presentations: 2, 2023 [attendance: only online]
This is an interdisciplinary event that attempts to explore the urgent need for young people's civic engagement and social mobilization in our networked culture.
Our speakers – academics, researchers, educators, artists – provide their own insights into the theme explored and share helpful methodological tips, educational practices and digital applications.
A critical approach to digitality rests at the center of the discussions to be held so that the opportunities and challenges various disciplines face come to the fore.
The fields to be explored are: theater, performance, ecocriticism, VR cinema, journalism, education, pedagogy, art, electronic literature.
