Virtual Machine Expiration

Dear all,
as we have reached the end of the semester, I'd like to inform you that the VM that has been utilized throughout the course of this semester will be decommissioned effective April 7th, 2024 and the resources will be returned to Hypatia. This means that access to any data or materials stored on this VM will no longer be available after this date.
If you have any important data, files, or other materials stored on this VM that you wish to retain, I strongly advise you to backup this information prior to April 7th.
Should you require any assistance or have any questions regarding the backup procedure, please do not hesitate to reach out to me for guidance.
