Eξέταση – «Διεθνές Δίκαιο Τηλεπικοινωνιών – International
Telecommunications Law»

Ανακοινώνεται στους φοιτητές ότι η εξέταση του μαθήματος «Διεθνές Δίκαιο
Τηλεπικοινωνιών – International Telecommunications Law» θα λάβει χώρα
γραπτώς,την Δευτέρα 19 Ιανουαρίου 2026, 16:30 – 18:30, στην Αίθουσα Γαζή.

Εξεταστέα Ύλη: F. von der Dunk & F. Tronchetti (eds.), Handbook of Space
Law, Elgar, 2015, Κεφάλαια 8 & 10, καθώς και τα κείμενα που έχουν
αναρτηθεί στο e-class.

Οι φοιτητές οι οποίοι, αντί της ως άνω εξέτασης, έχουν επιλέξει να
εκπονήσουν και καταθέσουν απαλλακτική εργασία, καλούνται να την καταθέσουν
μέχρι την τελευταία ημέρα της εξεταστικής περιόδου, ήτοι 13.2.2026 2025,
έως τις 00.00, αποστέλλοντας σχετικό email στον Αν. Καθηγητή Γ.
Κυριακόπουλο, στο yokygr@gmail.com, βάζοντας ως κοινό θέμα:
«ITL_DISSERTATION».

Παρακαλούνται οι φοιτητές, οι οποίοι ήδη έχουν αποστείλει την εργασία
τους, να τη επανυποβάλουν σύμφωνα με τα παραπάνω.

Examination - «International Telecommunications Law»

Students are informed that the examination of the course "International
Telecommunications Law" will take place in writing on Monday, January 19,
2026, 16:30 -18:30, in Gazi Hall.

Examination Material: F. von der Dunk & F. Tronchetti (eds.), Handbook of
Space Law, Elgar, 2015, Chapters 8 & 10, as well as the material posted on
the e-class.

Students who, instead of the above examination, have chosen to draft and
submit an exemption dissertation, are requested to submit it until the
last day of the examination period, February 13th 2026, 00.00, by sending
an email to Assoc. Professor G. Kyriakopoulos, at yokygr@gmail.com,
putting as a common topic: "ITL_DISSERTATION".

Students, who have already sent their dissertation, are kindly requested
to resubmit it according to the above.

This is a reminder that the makeup class for International Telecommunications Law on Tuesday, January 13, will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in Hall 8, with a duration of three hours rather than the usual two hours. This is the last class of the course.

Students are informed that the class of International Telecommunications Law (40EPA09) will not take place on Tuesday, 28th October, due to the national holiday, nor on Tuesday, 4th November, due to the professor's absence abroad for academic commitments. According to the schedule, classes will resume as normal on Tuesday, November 11.

Details regarding the replacement class for 4th November will be shared with students in due course.
