As announced by the Secretariat of the Law School, the final exam for the course will take place on 29.01.2026 (09:00-11:00, room 8).

The students that have expressed interest to take the exam earlier because the semester at their home university beginns earlier, will take an oral exam on Monday, 15.12.2025 at 10:00 at the Institut for Procedural Studies (Skoufa Str. 48, 4th floor).

The on line (written) exam, as regards the Civil Procedural Law, will take place, as scheduled, on Wednesday, the 19th of January (7:00 – 8:30 pm), via WEBEX, for all the students who do not prefer (or cannot) take the written exam (on 2/2/2022) as follows:

15-20 multiple choice questions and 1-2 open questions will be uploaded on eclass by an announcement, which will be notified to all of you (by e-mail) at 7:00 pm sharp. The respective answers will be forwarded to me by e-mail until 8.30 pm.

For example:

The branch of ordinary justice includes the ordinary civil, the ordinary criminal and the ordinary:

juvenile courts.
military courts.

administrative courts.

The correct answer is (c). You should, either put a tick ("√”) in the third answer, or write down “1. (c)”
